Use of Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers issued by The Planting Consultancy may be redeemed exclusively for services provided directly by The Planting Consultancy. They cannot be used for third-party services or exchanged for products not offered by the business.
Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the original date of issue, in accordance with Irish consumer protection legislation on gift voucher expiry dates.
Non-Cash Redemption
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, whether in full or in part. No cash change will be given for any unused portion of a voucher.
Issuer
All gift vouchers are issued by The Planting Consultancy, registered and operating in Ireland.
Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, customers have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase, in line with EU and Irish distance-selling regulations, provided the voucher has not been used. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers may be replaced at the discretion of The Planting Consultancy, provided proof of purchase is supplied.
Use of Services
All services booked using a gift voucher remain subject to The Planting Consultancy's standard booking terms, availability, and cancellation policies
